Job summary

Hooper-Corporation is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcing Administrator to build diverse talent pipelines and connect qualified candidates with opportunities across the organization. The primary focus is sourcing, outreach, market research, and pipeline development, with additional support for recruiting coordination and admin tasks.

You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs, identify prospective candidates, maintain records, and help deliver an efficient candidate

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years of talent sourcing experience.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and partners.
• Strong research, organizational, and time management skills; able to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines.
• Results-oriented, persistent, adaptable, with professional judgment when handling confidential information.
• Experience with Paylocity is preferred.
• Recruiting or sourcing experience in construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, referrals, events, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and anticipated needs, including hard-to-fill and high-volume roles.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements, target profiles, market conditions, and sourcing priorities.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches and targeted outreach campaigns.
• Create personalized outreach that communicates opportunities and employer value proposition; follow up to nurture interest.
• Conduct initial conversations to assess fit and present qualified prospects to the recruiting team.
• Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, response rates, and candidate disposition; adjust approaches as needed.
• Maintain complete, accurate candidate records in the ATS and support reporting.
• Assist with interview scheduling, postings, offer letters, referrals, and pre-employment docs.
• Support career fairs and recruiting events; assist with materials and coordination.
