The role focuses on proactive sourcing, candidate outreach, market research, and pipeline development, with support for recruiting coordination and administrative activities. Occasional travel to field locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Two+ years of talent sourcing experience, including passive candidate engagement and pipeline building.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, Boolean search techniques, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage qualified passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networks.
• Build robust candidate pipelines for current and anticipated roles, including hard-to-fill positions.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements and market conditions.
