Dennis Group is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to act as a talent acquisition partner across multiple construction management and engineering/architecture roles for food & beverage process facilities. The role emphasizes full-cycle recruitment, proactive sourcing of passive candidates, and delivering a strong candidate experience.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR, and marketing to build talent pipelines locally and nationwide, while managing ATS and coordinating college

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• 4-6 years of corporate recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
• 4-6 years of regular recruitment sourcing (Boolean search techniques, search strings)
• 3+ years recruiting for construction management roles
• 2+ years recruiting for engineer roles (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical/Process, Automation & Control, Packaging)
• 4-6 years of intake meetings and building rapport with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment from job opening approval through candidate acceptance
• Conduct initial phone screens and provide recommendations to hiring managers
• Perform all aspects of technical recruiting (sourcing, networking, interviewing)
• Develop and implement proactive talent sourcing strategies via Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI, and other platforms
• Collaborate with hiring partners to target hires and advise on compensation and recruiting efforts
• Attend strategy meetings for recruitment activities and plan college outreach for internships and co-ops
• Recruit locally and nationwide; coordinate with marketing for employer branding and events
• Help manage the applicant tracking system and update job postings
• Schedule interviews and gather feedback from interviewers
• Engage with colleges/universities for internships, co-ops and entry-level roles
