Dennis Group is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and HR to recruit, interview, and hire top talent for construction management and multiple engineering/architecture roles in food & beverage process facilities.

The role emphasizes full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing of passive candidates, and building strong pipelines for growth and replacement across local and nationwide markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• 4-6 years corporate recruiting experience.
• 4-6 years of regular recruitment sourcing & online database searching.
• 3+ years recruiting for construction management roles.
• 2+ years recruiting for engineering roles (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical/Process...).
• 4-6 years of intake meetings and stakeholder rapport.
• Experience with UKG recruiting & onboarding modules a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment from job opening approval through candidate acceptance.
• Conduct initial phone screens and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Perform full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate experience.
• Develop proactive talent sourcing strategies using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI, etc.
• Collaborate with hiring partners to identify targets and advise on compensation.
• Recruit locally and nationwide.
• Coordinate with marketing to leverage social media, job fairs, and employer branding.
• Post and update job descriptions and postings.
• Schedule interviews and gather feedback from interviewers.
• Engage with colleges for internships, Co-Ops and entry-level roles.
