Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle full life-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and admin support within HR. You will work with hiring managers, post jobs across ATS and social channels, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate records.

You’ll collaborate with the HR Director and marketing on outreach, maintain compliance with AA/EEO guidelines, and support day-to-day HR operations in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting experience; preferably in construction environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must multi-task, work with minimal supervision and show attention to detail.
• Must pass post-offer pre-employment drug screen and background checks as required.
• Must adhere to all company policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Qualify job requisitions, descriptions and recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
• Post jobs in ATS, CareerBuilder, professional sites and social media.
• Recruit on assigned requisitions through ATS.
• Collaborate with marketing on social media advertising (job fairs, events).
• Track and monitor short list of candidates; build pipeline through sourcing.
