Caddell Construction is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, engage, and attract skilled professionals who will help build our projects and drive success. You will work with business unit leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop robust pipelines.

The role covers construction and field recruiting, early-career outreach at colleges, and recruiting marketing. You will travel for events and support onboarding, with a focus on delivering a positive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience, preferably in construction recruiting.
• Experience recruiting construction or field positions is strongly preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and develop staffing strategies.
• Conduct intake meetings to define position requirements and candidate profiles.
• Recruit for construction and field roles including Project Engineers and Superintendents.
• Develop creative sourcing for active and passive candidates.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews.
• Represent Caddell at recruiting events and community outreach.
• Support HR initiatives and onboarding.
