Job summary

Caddell Construction is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, engage, and attract skilled professionals for our growing project portfolio. You will partner with Business Unit leaders and Hiring Managers, build candidate pipelines, and represent Caddell at college career fairs and recruiting events.

You'll collaborate across recruiting marketing, operations, and HR to create innovative sourcing strategies, manage candidate relationships, and support end-to-end hiring, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, business, marketing, communications, construction management or related field.
• 2–5 years in talent acquisition, HR, or construction recruiting.
• Experience recruiting construction/field roles preferred.
• Experience with ATS; Greenhouse a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for construction and field roles (Project Engineers, APMs, PMs, Superintendents, etc.).
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships through recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and move qualified candidates forward.
• Represent Caddell at recruiting events and industry conferences.
