Kokosing, based in Westerville, OH, is seeking a skilled talent acquisition professional to support a broad range of positions—from hourly field roles to professional staff. You will partner with hiring managers, source passive candidates, and manage the full recruiting lifecycle using Workday and other platforms.

This onsite role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a proactive approach to candidate experience, market insights, and interview coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple job types and skill levels.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience with Workday or other applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of positions across the organization, including hourly field and operations roles, skilled trades, technical positions, and salaried corporate opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, networks, referrals, job boards, direct outreach).
• Create and maintain job postings within Workday and other recruiting platforms.
• Develop recruiting strategies that improve candidate flow and support high-volume and specialized searches.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Provide hiring managers with detailed evaluations, market insights, and recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews and manage requisition status updates in Workday.
• Collaborate on compensation recommendations, offer development, and market benchmarking.
• Extend offers and assist with negotiations when appropriate.
• Continuously evaluate recruiting effectiveness and explore new sourcing methods.
