Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate, professional, technical, and leadership positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning objectives.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Act as Talent Acquisition subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting and related technologies.
• Develop recruiting metrics, dashboards, and analytics to inform decisions.
