Job summary

Yates Construction seeks a Sustainability Project Manager to develop and oversee sustainability reporting across all projects, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with green building standards.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, conduct site audits, support LEED/Green Globes processes, train project staff, and identify low‑ and zero‑carbon opportunities to drive sustainable construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability or related field.
• 5+ years of sustainability reporting experience in construction.
• LEED AP or Green Globes certification advantageous.
• Experience with Procore and EC3 for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sustainability data collection, validation, and analysis across projects.
• Ensure timely, accurate sustainability reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Support LEED/Green Globes documentation and certification processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate sustainable practices into planning and execution.
• Present sustainability performance to clients and leadership.
