Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or other, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• At least 4+ years of construction site experience preferred
• Experience with hygienic and non‑hygienic piping preferred
• Experience leading contractors and superintendents for current scope, engineering information, and document drawings/specifications for construction execution
• Working knowledge of pre‑design and pre‑construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required
• Ability to review and assist with Mechanical, Equipment & Piping (M/E/P) scopes of work from the initial Bid Phase
• Experience with managing project or scope package budgets
• Experience with the management of a project schedule
• Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs workplace on a full‑time basis as required by the nature of the role

• Pharma experience
• Collaborating in planning, design, construction and commissioning
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, 3D Model and Bluebeam
• Facilitating and coordinating walk‑downs and meetings and/or reviews with owner and designers
• Attending constructability reviews
• Leading client and construction meetings
• Coordinating construction activities on the site
• Safety leadership (JHA’s revision / daily signed‑off permits)
• Quality in construction
• Participating in turnover process including TOP’s, punch list and walk‑downs with contractors and owners
• OSHA 30 certification

Salary

The base salary range for this position is $78,200.00 to $120,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
