Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Hygienic Piping Superintendent for a Wilson/Cary, NC project. You will lead daily scheduling and planning, ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and manpower while prioritizing safety and team wellbeing.

You will collaborate with owners, designers, and contractors to drive successful execution. The role requires 8+ years of site leadership, a background in mechanical piping and utility piping, and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or

Here's what you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• At least 8 years of construction site experience
• At least 8 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager
• Experience Mechanical piping and Utility Piping

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Pharma experience
• Collaborating in planning, design, construction and commissioning
• Excellent communications skills
• Proficient in use of software as Power Point, Excel, Word, Bluebeam, ACC
• Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and meetings and/or reviews with owner and designers
• Attend constructability reviews
• Lead client and construction meetings.
• Safety leader (JHA’s revision / daily signed off permits)
• Quality in construction
• Turn over process including TOP’s, punch list and walkdowns with contractors and owners.

The base salary range for this position is $93,500.00 to $156,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
