You’ll review Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing scopes, manage the project schedule, support constructability reviews, and lead walkdowns with owners and designers while mentoring team members to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 4+ years of construction site experience preferred
  • Ability to review and assist with Mechanical Drawings, Equipment & Piping scopes of work from Bid Phase
  • Experience with the management of a project schedule
  • Ability to create diagrams per construction design; AutoCAD experience is a plus

Mechanical Project Coordinator - (LSNA-PR)

We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Mechanical Project Coordinator in Guaynabo/Carolina, Puerto Rico, who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. Here’s what you’ll need
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or other; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
  • At least 4+ years of construction site experience preferred
  • Ability to review and assist with Mechanical Drawings, Equipment & Piping (M/E/P) scopes of work from the initial Bid Phase
  • Experience with the management of a project schedule.
  • Ability to create diagrams per construction design, AutoCad experience a plus
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Collaborating in planning, design, construction and commissioning
  • Excellent communications skill
  • Proficient in use of software as Power Point, Excel, Word, 3D Model, and Bluebeam
  • Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and meetings and/or reviews with owner and designers
  • Attend constructability reviews

The base salary range for this position is $54,100.00 to $85,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
