Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Champaign, IL is seeking a Construction Project Manager (Superintendent) to lead restoration and carpentry projects year-round. You will manage direct report carpenters, coordinate with customers, ensure safety, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery with a strong focus on service quality.

The role offers a starting salary of $70,000–$80,000 per year, negotiable by experience, plus a company vehicle and eligibility for a yearly bonus. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet timelines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Experience with Xactimate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with customers throughout the project to ensure excellent service.
• Manage and schedule direct-report carpenters.
• Coordinate with Regional Construction Manager on technical issues.
• Ensure permits, licenses, inspections and materials are obtained timely.
• Maintain safe, productive job sites and ensure on-time completion of projects.
• Monitor job costs and subcontractor performance; manage change orders as needed.
