ServiceMaster DSI in Stamford, CT is seeking a Construction Superintendent. Starting salary ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 per year, negotiable based on experience, with a company vehicle and potential annual bonus.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on construction experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects across restoration and remodeling tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a valid driver’s license, and a track record

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on construction experience.
• 2 years project management experience (preferred).
• Strong remodeling/restoration experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with customers throughout the project to ensure excellent service.
• Manage and schedule direct report carpenters.
• Ensure material, permits, and inspections are obtained in a timely manner.
• Ensure on-time and quality completion of all construction projects.
• Oversee safety practices and PPE compliance.
• Review cost reports and monitor labor/material expenses.
