Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Rockford, IL is hiring a Construction Superintendent. Starting at $65K+ with room to negotiate based on experience, plus a company vehicle and potential yearly bonus. Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on construction experience.
• 2 years project management experience (preferred).
• Strong remodeling/restoration experience (preferred).
• Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with customers throughout the project to ensure service excellence.
• Manage and schedule direct report carpenters.
• Oversee subcontractors to maintain timelines and quality.
• Ensure materials, permits, and inspections are obtained in a timely manner.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient jobsite.
