Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on construction experience required.
• 2 years of project management experience preferred.
• Strong remodeling and restoration experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction and restoration projects effectively.
• Communicate directly with customers for excellent service.
• Manage and schedule direct report carpenters.
• Ensure timely completion of all projects with quality standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation with nights and weekend assignments.
