Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on construction experience.
• 2 years of project management experience preferred.
• Strong remodeling/restoration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with customers throughout the project.
• Management of direct report Carpenters.
• Timely completion of all construction and carpentry projects.
• Ensure productivity of all Construction division employees.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
