Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Rockford, IL is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead carpentry and restoration projects, coordinating direct report carpenters and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum 5 years Hands-On Construction Experience.
• 2 years Project Management Experience (preferred).
• Strong Remodeling/Restoration Experience (preferred).
• Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with customers throughout the entire project to ensure excellent customer service.
• Management and scheduling of direct report Carpenters.
• Manage subcontractors as needed to support project completion, quality and timelines.
• Ensures material, supplies, permits, licenses, and inspections are obtained by Foremen and Carpenters in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensures the timely and quality completion of all construction and carpentry projects.
