Hercules Fence is hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations in Jessup, Maryland. You will oversee all aspects of construction, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects meet schedule and budget.

The role requires at least 5 years in construction management, proficiency with CM software (HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Prolog, Primavera, ProCore), and strong OSHA knowledge. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Company provides cell phone and laptop.
