Job summary

Hercules Custom Iron Llc is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent for its Frederick, Maryland location. This role involves assisting in the management of the production department, working closely with Project Managers, and ensuring that safety procedures are enforced on job sites.

The position offers a competitive pay range of $28 - $34 per hour based on experience, along with a $2500 sign-on bonus. Successful candidates will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in construction or metal fabrication.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the production department for increased productivity.
• Read and execute job plans with Project Managers.
• Inspect work and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Track hours and complete necessary paperwork.
