Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in the role of construction Field Superintendent.
• Experience in projects with construction costs exceeding $5 million.
• New construction and renovation experience, with historic restoration experience as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and field staff for project execution.
• Compile construction schedules and update timelines.
• Coordinate daily work activities among crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor job site safety and enforce safety guidelines.
• Ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.
• Schedule and oversee inspections with government inspectors.
• Prepare accurate daily reports documenting progress and issues.
• Utilize construction knowledge to address problems and keep projects moving.

Skills

Safety knowledge, including OSHA 30 Certification

Strong knowledge of construction practices and process equipment installation

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and teams efficiently

Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a construction Field Superintendent

Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project

Education

High school diploma or acceptable equivalent

Higher education is a plus
