Job summary

ARCO Design/Build, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Superintendent Intern/Co‑op to actively participate in the full lifecycle of projects and gain hands-on experience on real construction sites.

You’ll work alongside experienced field leaders to learn how projects are built from the ground up while emphasizing safety, quality, and schedule. This paid internship offers exposure to a variety of construction activities and opportunities for growth within a top design/build firm.

Qualifications

• GPA requirement: minimum 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Enrolled in Civil/Architectural/ConstructionEngineering or Construction Management degree program.
• Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred; strong communication skills and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Field Operations – participate in daily site activities from mobilization to project completion.
• Safety Leadership – engage in daily safety meetings and site inspections to promote safety culture.
• Scheduling & Coordination – assist with subcontractor coordination and progress tracking.
• Quality Control – observe inspections to ensure work meets plans and ARCO standards.
