Job summary

ARCO Design/Build in Pittsburgh is offering a Superintendent Intern/Co-op role that gives you hands-on exposure to field operations and the full lifecycle of a project. You'll work alongside experienced field leaders to contribute to site activities and learn by doing.

You will participate in safety meetings, scheduling coordination, and quality inspections, while developing your professional network. Eligible students enrolled in Civil/Architectural/Construction Engineering or Construction

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Enrolled in Civil/Architectural/Construction Engineering or Construction Management degree program.
• Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and a strong work ethic.
• Active Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Support field operations from site mobilization to project completion.
• Participate in safety meetings and promote a strong safety culture.
• Assist with coordinating subcontractor activities and track progress.
• Observe quality inspections and ensure work meets plans and ARCO standards.
