Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 2-5 years of experience as a superintendent on construction projects; 5-8 years total construction experience.
• OSHA 30 hour certification.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safety enforcement, quality control inspections, and field coordination.
• Support daily planning, documentation, and execution activities.
• Attend and participate in project meetings to support coordination and communication.
• Track production, labor hours, and productivity for assigned scopes.
• Support labor/material forecasting and cost-of-work tracking.
