Next 150 Construction Services is seeking a Construction Superintendent II to coordinate field activities and trade contractors, ensuring work aligns with scope, safety, quality, and schedule. The role operates with limited supervision and supports daily planning, documentation, and execution.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years leading crews of 20-25+ and experience on $20M–$50M+ projects, OSHA 30-hour, and the ability to travel regionally within the DMV.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3+ years' experience leading crews of 20-25+ in superintendent roles.
• Superintendent experience on projects valued $20M–$50M+.
• Willingness to travel locally within the DMV.
• OSHA 30-hour certified.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade contractors and field activities to meet schedules and budgets.
• Review contract documents, drawings, and specs for assigned scopes.
• Maintain daily field reports and safety documentation.
• Support safety orientations and audits; enforce policies.
• Attend project meetings to support coordination.
• Track labor, productivity, and cost variances.
• Assist with forecasting labor/material needs and procurement.
• Maintain credibility with Owners and field personnel.
