Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains daily field reports and safety documentation.
• Supports safety orientations and site audits.
• Attends project meetings to support coordination.
• Tracks labor hours and productivity; reports variances.
• Assists with forecasting labor/materials and with cost-of-work tracking.
• Manages daily reporting and cost tracking in CM software.
• Implements sustainability initiatives and environmental compliance.
