Overview

Construction Superintendent - Heavy Civil – New York City area.

Base pay range: $195,000.00/yr - $215,000.00/yr

Compensation note: This range is provided by Heron Wolf. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Typically includes: Vehicle allowance, gas, tolls, guaranteed overtime pay, bonus, full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil construction projects (MTA, USACE and DEP projects) with project values ranging from $30M - $100M.
• Operate in a collaborative firm culture that supports autonomy for senior staff with available backing as needed.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and on time; prioritize productive collaboration and quality outcomes.
• Engage with superintendents (and assistant superintendents) to take on more responsibility and advance careers.
• When applicable, start to finish involvement on MTA, DEP or USACE projects for a GC is highly valued.
