Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking a Site Superintendent with Civil experience to lead a 25-strong team on multi-million-dollar New York construction projects.

Based on site across local projects, you will work directly with the General Superintendent to ensure smooth operations and successful project delivery.

The role includes a salary between $160,000 and $180,000, plus training, progression to General Superintendent, car allowance and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a field-based team on civil construction projects.
• Proven ability to deliver multi-million-dollar projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of site safety, quality, and coordination.

Are you a Site Superintendent with Civil experience, looking to join a well-established business and play a major role in the company, leading a 25-strong team on exciting New York construction projects?

This company has operated for over 60 years and specializes in the Heavy Civil Construction industry. They have been awarded some of the most exclusive and exciting projects in the city having developed a fantastic reputation within the industry. As a result of expansion, they’re looking to bring on a Site Superintendent to run major construction projects.

This position is field-based, working across a range of local sites. You will work directly alongside the General Superintendent, overseeing the construction team and ensuring all site operations run smoothly.

This role would suit a Site Superintendent looking to work on local multi-million-dollar projects for a growing business at the forefront of its industry.
