ARCO/Murray National Construction in Milwaukee seeks an experienced Superintendant to lead ground-up commercial or mid to light industrial projects. You will manage field operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure project delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires 5–25+ years in construction with at least 5 years as a Lead Superintendent for a GC. Driver's license and proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-25+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 of those years as a Lead Superintendent for a GC on commercial or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings to receive project information and preplanning details.
• Coordinate with the project manager to prepare schedules and staffing plans.
• Direct and manage the construction project to meet specifications, schedule, and budget.
• Assist in shop drawings, material approvals, and procurement entries.
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate with project timelines and progress.
• Communicate schedule changes to supervisors and subcontractors.
• Prepare job progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
• Review requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and other significant reports.
