JPM Resourcing Ltd in Raleigh, NC, seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead the day-to-day delivery of ground-up commercial and multifamily projects.

Projects range from $1m to $40m; you will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, safety and quality from mobilisation through to completion, and work with project teams and clients.

This full-time permanent role offers strong local exposure, a varied project portfolio, and a clear path for long-term career growth.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Superintendent working for a General Contractor.
• Background in commercial and/or multifamily construction.
• Strong ground-up construction experience preferred.
• Experience managing projects of varying sizes and complexity.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage subcontractor performance.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A good track record of delivering projects safely, on programme and to a high standard.
• Based in or within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials and site logistics.
• Manage project schedules and maintain progress against key milestones.
• Ensure high standards of safety, quality and workmanship.
• Work closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers and clients.
• Coordinate inspections, RFIs, site documentation and progress reporting.
• Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays.
• Manage projects through punch list and final handover.
