Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on fast-turn TI and rollout projects for nationally recognized retail and commercial clients.

Based on-site, you will manage subcontractors, site logistics, and schedules across multiple projects while collaborating with experienced PM teams to maintain quality and pace.

The role requires 5+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial GC and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail/interiors environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial GC.
• Experience leading TI, remodel, or fast-track interior projects.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, site logistics, and schedules across multiple projects.
• Experience with retail or restaurant construction is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
