Resourcing Manager | Talent Acquisition in Construction Divisions

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all field construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules, adjusting as needed to maintain deadlines.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and maintain site cleanliness and safety.
• Lead regular safety meetings, enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety standards, and promote a culture of zero incidents.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy in execution.
• Maintain detailed daily logs of project progress, manpower, and equipment.
• Communicate regularly with the Project Manager on scheduling, manpower needs, and project status.
• Ensure quality control throughout all phases of construction, including punch lists and closeout.
