Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment USA is seeking a Superintendent for Raleigh-based commercial General Contractor, responsible for day-to-day on-site leadership of ground-up projects up to $60M in value.

You will coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, ensure safety and quality, and work with Project Managers to keep projects on time and within budget.

The role comes with a base salary of $110k–$140k plus a vehicle, bonus and profit sharing, plus strong benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor
• Proven experience overseeing ground-up commercial construction projects
• Experience working across public and/or private sector projects
• Collaborative team player who enjoys working within a close-knit environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through final completion and closeout
• Manage project schedules, site logistics, quality control and safety
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades and field personnel
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and communicate upcoming project requirements
• Monitor construction progress, identify potential issues and implement solutions to avoid delays
• Maintain a safe, organized and productive jobsite
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists and project closeout activities
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors and other project stakeholders

Superintendent – Commercial Construction

Location: Raleigh, NC

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 base + vehicle + bonus + profit sharing

The Superintendent will join their commercial general building division, overseeing the day-to-day field operations of ground-up construction projects valued at up to $60M across both the public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities
