Job summary

ETC Companies, LLC currently seeks Site Superintendents for large affordable multifamily renovations in Tifton, GA and surrounding areas. You will oversee planning to implementation, coordinate field resources, and maintain daily field reports while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires 4+ years as a Construction Superintendent (multifamily preferred), strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel for daily and short/long-term assignments.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• 4+ years as a Construction Superintendent; multifamily exp preferred.
• Proficient with Timberline; Raken is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Large GC looking for Site Superintendents for Large Affordable Multifamily Construction Renovations in Tifton, GA and surrounding areas.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Maintain and update daily field reports in field reporting software
• Ensure accuracy of field documents and reports
• Facilitate “Tool Box Talks,” as necessary
• Ensure adherence to site safety standards and document discrepancies, if necessary
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Other related projects, as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

• OSHA 30
• Minimum 4+ years experience as a Construction Superintendent - Multifamily experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency a MUST--experience with Timberline, Raken is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strict attention to detail
• Willingness to travel (daily, and for short/long-term travel assignments)
• Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
• Ability to process requests quickly and efficiently
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
