Job summary

ETC Companies, LLC is seeking Site Superintendents for large affordable multifamily renovations in Tifton, GA and surrounding areas. You will oversee all field activities from planning to execution, manage subcontractors, and ensure adherence to plans, schedules, and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years as a Construction Superintendent (multifamily preferred), OSHA 30, and proficiency with Timberline; travel is required.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• 4+ years as a Construction Superintendent; multifamily exp preferred.
• Proficiency with Timberline; Raken experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; highly organized.
• Willingness to travel daily and for short/long-term assignments.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Large GC looking for Site Superintendents for Large Affordable Multifamily Construction Renovations in Tifton, GA and surrounding areas.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Maintain and update daily field reports in field reporting software
• Ensure accuracy of field documents and reports
• Facilitate “Tool Box Talks,” as necessary
• Ensure adherence to site safety standards and document discrepancies, if necessary
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Other related projects, as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

• OSHA 30
• Minimum 4+ years experience as a Construction Superintendent - Multifamily experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency a MUST--experience with Timberline, Raken is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strict attention to detail
• Willingness to travel (daily, and for short/long-term travel assignments)
• Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
• Ability to process requests quickly and efficiently
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated and self-starter
• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership skills
