KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial and mission-critical/data center projects in Meridian, MS. This on-site, direct-hire role requires delivering safe, high-quality work on complex facilities.

Responsibilities include mobilization through completion, supervising crews and subcontractors, maintaining schedules, coordinating with PMs, QA/QC, and Safety, and producing daily field reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction field experience.
• 3+ years as a Construction Superintendent.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills.

Construction Superintendent - Data Center Construction | Direct Hire | Meridian, MS | $90,000-$125,000

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial and mission-critical/data center construction projects in Meridian, MS.

Specializing in data center interior solutions, our client delivers hot and cold aisle containment, raised access flooring, high-density ceilings, specialty interior systems, maintenance services, and consulting/testing for some of North America's most advanced mission-critical facilities.

This is a direct hire opportunity for an experienced field leader who excels at managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and delivering quality work safely and efficiently.
