Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment USA is seeking a Construction Superintendent for commercial interiors in Charleston, SC. You will lead day-to-day field operations, manage safety, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of Superintendent experience with a commercial GC, experience handling $1M–$10M projects, and proficiency with Procore for daily logs and records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Superintendent with a commercial General Contractor.
• Experience overseeing commercial construction projects in the $1mil-$10mil range.
• Experience coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors on site.
• Experience conducting toolbox talks and overseeing site safety.
• Strong documentation skills, including daily logs and project records within Procore.

Construction Superintendent — Commercial Interiors

Location: Charleston, SC

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 base profit sharing

Exciting opportunity to join a growing Commercial General Contractor with a strong backlog of work in Charleston, which is looking to hire a Superintendent.

The Superintendent will work on commercial interior and upfit projects throughout Charleston, with responsibility for day-to-day field management, site safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000–$120,000 base salary

Requirements
