Job summary

Invoke Staffing seeks an Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on Midlands SC projects, with a clear path to running your own sites. You will work alongside Lead Superintendents to ensure project progress, safety, and quality across commercial, charter school, and K-12 builds.

Requirements include 1–3+ years in commercial construction, strong blueprint reading skills, Procore familiarity, and OSHA 10/30 certification (or ability to obtain).

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in commercial construction (Field Engineer, Foreman, or Assistant Super).
• Experience reading architectural, structural, and MEP blueprints.
• OSHA 10/30 certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Site Operations: Assist with day-to-day job site management, quality control, and schedule execution.
• Trade Management: Coordinate subcontractors, inspect daily work, and keep trades on schedule.
• Safety First: Enforce OSHA standards, conduct site talks, and keep job sites secure and clean.
• Field Admin: Keep daily logs, track material deliveries, process RFIs, and document site progress.
• Inspections: Help walk municipal building, MEP, and fire inspections.

What You’ll Do
