Job summary

Leoforce seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead daily field operations on commercial and industrial projects across the Southeast. You will guide projects from mobilization to closeout, coordinating subcontractors and trades to maintain schedule and quality.

The role demands reading drawings, specs, and schedules, developing look-ahead plans, and ensuring safety and proper QC. Travel throughout the Southeast and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial construction projects
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades on active jobsites
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and construction schedules
• Experience developing look-ahead plans and managing project sequencing
• Knowledge of jobsite safety practices, inspections, and quality control
• Experience managing site logistics, deliveries, and daily field documentation
• Ability to communicate with owners, design teams, inspectors, and trade partners
• Proficiency with construction management and field reporting tools
• Ability to travel to projects throughout the Southeast
• Valid driver’s license
