Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience managing ground-up and upfit projects in multi-family, hotel, or office sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety protocols, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead teams and resolve issues quickly on-site.

Responsibilities

With a proven track record in both ground-up construction and upfit/renovation work, our client is looking for a hands‑on leader who can bring quality, schedule, and safety together on-site.
