You will lead a diverse, high-performing organization spanning Strategic, Mid-Market, and Australia-based CSMs, guiding them to deliver successful project outcomes in construction environments.

You will partner with field teams, contractors, owners, and project stakeholders to scale customer success efforts, drive adoption, and ensure value realization across the customer journey.
