Job summary

Southwire Company is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field-level execution across Services projects. You will own construction readiness, manage field teams and subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget alignment.

Collaborate with engineering, project management and customers to deliver projects from mobilization through commissioning, while driving continuous improvement and disciplined execution in HV environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Construction/Field Operations.
• Field(s) of expertise: Construction Management, Field Operations, Project Management

Responsibilities

• Be a champion of Safety & Quality Culture of Zero; ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Partner with Project Manager to develop detailed construction execution plans and timelines.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel across cross-functional teams.
• Monitor construction-related costs and support corrective actions to keep within budget.
• Oversee all phases of construction execution from mobilization through commissioning and testing.
• Proactively resolve on-site issues and adjust plans to maintain schedule, safety and quality.
• Support consistent construction execution practices across HV projects.
