Qualifications
- Proven ability to solve complex systems integration challenges through structured problem solving.
- Ability to balance competing program needs and timelines while delivering key results.
- Experience defining, tracing, validating, and managing requirements for end-to-end integration.
- Experience cross-functional collaboration across machine, embedded software, and office software teams.
- Familiarity with governance activities and NPI processes is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support development and maintenance of end-to-end construction site solution requirements, interfaces, constraints, and behaviors.
- Partner with machine systems, office software, architecture, and delivery teams to align solution behaviors, interfaces, and data flows.
- Contribute to architecture activities including requirements traceability, verification planning, technical reviews, integration planning, and support for program and NPI deliverables.
- Develop and maintain systems engineering artifacts including requirements, interface definitions, design documentation, and verification evidence.
- Support identification and resolution of cross-product and cross-team integration issues impacting solution performance and readiness.
- Participate in technical reviews, architecture discussions, and governance activities to ensure construction needs are represented in system-level decisions.
- Assist construction site solution deployments by supporting readiness reviews, validation activities, issue investigation, and lessons learned.
- Collaborate with the Construction Site Systems Engineering Lead to identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans across multiple programs and initiatives.
