Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Project Supply Chain Manager to supervise material storage on site at one of our nationwide projects. The role supports construction activities and requires heavy travel to project sites across the United States.

You will manage procurement, inventory control, and logistics, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure Care, Custody, and Control of materials while meeting project schedules.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience in a management role, managing and developing personnel.
  • 3-5 years quantifiable experience in Project Management.
  • 3-5 years quantifiable experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • General knowledge of the power delivery industry.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 with emphasis in Excel; advanced Excel helpful.
  • Experience collaborating on projects as a value-added member.
  • Role located at Project Site (Nationwide) with onsite, remote, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Perform supply chain and logistics functions including procurement, planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection, and distribution.
  • Coordinate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers.
  • Ensure inventories are secure, properly identified, and accessible to authorized personnel.
  • Maintain controls over various inventories and conduct physical counts with records reconciliation.
  • Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics to ensure adequate supply of goods.
  • Analyze transportation and distribution systems for cost-effective delivery.
  • Conduct detailed inventory analyses aligned with project needs.
