Job summary

SBA Communications is seeking a Supervisory Construction professional to lead site builds with a focus on safety, quality, and on-schedule execution. You will coordinate material deliveries, subcontractors, and on-site teams to meet client requirements.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of construction or equipment install experience, are comfortable domestic travel, and hold a valid driver’s license. OSHA 10, CDL, and First Aid/CPR are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of construction or equipment installation experience.
• Domestic travel required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• CDL preferred.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and organize material deliveries, equipment, manpower and subcontractors to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Consider customer priorities and expectations in all decisions.
• Inspect sites daily to ensure work meets plans, specifications and SBA quality standards.
• Maintain and enforce SBA and OSHA safety practices; conduct daily site safety inspections.
• Communicate with client and vendors to resolve issues and coordinate deliveries.
