Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Manage and coordinate construction schedules using project management software to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction drawings to guide team activities accurately.
• Oversee crew management, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing mentorship to ensure high productivity levels.
• Conduct regular safety inspections in compliance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations; enforce safety protocols rigorously.
• Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, procurement, and contract management.
• Ensure quality control through continuous site inspections and review of construction drawing revisions; address issues proactively.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain detailed documentation of site activities, safety incidents, change orders, and progress reports for project records.
• Utilize technical tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing when required during construction phases.
