Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction and renovation projects across our senior living communities.

The role requires at least five years of supervision or construction management experience, a solid understanding of blueprints, building codes, OSHA safety, and the ability to manage materials, scheduling, permits, and inspections on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of five years' experience as construction supervisor or construction management.
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in oversight of all construction projects.
• Oversee on-site construction team for build/renovation projects.
• Supervise team and maintain a safe work environment.
• Order materials, schedule deliveries, obtain quotes, and manage schedules.
• Coordinate permits and inspections.
• Perform drywall, framing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks as needed.
