Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee multiple construction projects on-site, ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will lead the construction team, manage materials, schedules, permitting, and inspections, and perform core trades as required. The role requires five years of supervisory experience, knowledge of blueprints, and adherence to building codes and OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of five years' experience as construction supervisor or construction management.
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in oversight of all construction projects.
• Oversee the on-site construction team and maintain a safe work environment.
• Order materials, schedule deliveries, obtain quotes, and coordinate inspections.
• Control project schedule, permitting, and coordination with inspectors.
• Perform drywall, framing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks as needed.
