Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction and renovation projects across the community. You will supervise the construction team, ensure safety, manage materials, schedules, quotes, and inspections, and perform drywall, framing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks as needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years as a supervisor, knowledge of blueprints and building codes, OSHA safety understanding, and a valid

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of five years' experience as construction supervisor or construction management.
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA)
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction and renovation projects within the community.
• Supervise the construction team and maintain a safe work environment.
• Order materials, schedule deliveries, obtain quotes, and coordinate inspections.
• Perform drywall, framing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks as needed.
